These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenith Concierge website (the “Site”), operated by Zenith Concierge LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site and Our Services

The Site provides information about our buyer-exclusive representation services for purchasing real estate in Spain. The Site is informational only. Browsing the Site, downloading a resource, or booking a consultation call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part. The service relationship is governed solely by the separate engagement contract you sign with Zenith Concierge, which controls over these Terms with respect to those services.

2. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site — including information about markets, yields, timelines, residency pathways, and tax, legal, or immigration matters — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, or immigration advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any decisions you make based on Site content are your sole responsibility.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without our permission.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Site’s operation.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site by automated means without prior authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services (for example, appointment-scheduling tools or external resources) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. In delivering our services, we also work with independent licensed Spanish real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith Concierge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for our services is governed by the engagement contract you sign.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zenith Concierge harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms, as they relate to use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Zenith Concierge LLC is incorporated. Services delivered in Spain are governed by the applicable engagement contract and the law specified therein.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance.
