We hold no listings and take nothing from sellers, agents, developers, banks or lawyers.
We usually work on homes from about €300,000. A 3-month agreement, signed before we start, that you can cancel at any time (cancel before your first deliverable and the €2,500 opening fee comes back, less the work done). Your lawyer, NIE and notary bill you directly, and you see their quotes before you instruct them, so there are no surprises at the notary table.
